1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Within 30 Days: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Unused & In Original Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
✔ Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Clearance, final sale, or customized items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
2. Return Process

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If approved, you will receive a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Process
✔ Full Refund: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
✔ Partial Refund: If the item is returned with missing parts or signs of use.
✔ Refund to Original Payment Method: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
⏳ Processing Time: 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace defective or damaged items.
- If you need an exchange for a different item, return the original product and place a new order.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
